> Where to get free legal advice on immigration in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa before you apply for a permit.

Free legal advice on immigration is available in all three territories. **Ask before you apply for any permit.**

## Aholku-Sarea

The Basque Government's legal advice network on immigration (*Red Vasca de Atención Jurídica en materia de Extranjería*), for immigrants in a vulnerable situation. There are two ways in:

- **By phone or email, through Biltzen:** 900 840 890 (free), asesoria@euskadi.eus, Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 14:00. Explain your situation. Biltzen answers you, passes your case to a member organisation, or offers you a bar association lawyer.
- **In person, through a member organisation:** for example Cruz Roja, Cáritas Bilbao, Zehar-Errefuxiatuekin or SOS Arrazakeria Gipuzkoa. If you do not know which one is near you, call Biltzen on 900 840 890 and ask. The organisation gives you an appointment to see you in person.

Either can refer you to a lawyer from the bar association.

## CEAR

CEAR has an office in each of the three capitals. It asks you to write by email first and to phone only for urgent matters.

## Biltzen
